Handstand Challenge T-Shirts

Handstand Challenge T-Shirts.  Just what is the handstand t-shirt challenge you might be asking yourself?  The challenge involves trying to put on a t-shirt while in a handstand position (whether or not you use a wall is entirely up to you).

Actors Tom Holland and Jake Gyllenhaal first made the challenge go viral after Holland recorded himself attempting the difficult movement and then shared it challenging others to try it.  Gyllenhaal then took up that challenge and it’s been spreading ever since.  There are variations of it of course, such as the handstand pants challenge that Olympic gymnast Simone Bile’s absolutely crushed in her attempt.
