Handstand Push-Up Training Programs. Welcome to Handstandpushup.com. If you want to learn how to do a handstand push-up, you’ve come to the right place! My name is Kerry Don and I want to do all I can to help you get fit. I’m here to motivate, educate, entertain, and inspire you. Ready To Get Started?

  1. The handstand push-up training programs and individual workouts I’ve created are designed to help you build lean muscle and prepare your body for the training regimen outlined in my Handstand Push-Up Guide (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Levels). 
  2. The available resources on my site will help you increase your strength, balance, flexibility and proprioception; all of which are necessary for you to be able to do a freestanding handstand push-up.
    • Proprioception is your perception / awareness of your body’s position and movement.
    • Proprioception comes into play when you’re in a handstand position and your body’s natural equilibrium is turned upside down.
    • Developing and improving your ability in these key areas will greatly increase your chance at performing a Handstand Push-Up (HSPU) since you will have a better mind-muscle connection.
  3. Each workout provided comes with an exercise list and videos showing you how to perform them.
    • To further help you out, I’ve also created workout templates that are FREE to download. They can help you record your results and keep track of your progress throughout your training; they come available in Word format. They are pre-filled with all the Set/Rep values for each training program.
    • All you have to do is fill in the exercises you choose to do.  Here’s an example of what the forms look like:
